We undertake structural design on domestic new builds, extensions and renovation works. We also undertake structual inspections and surveys. We can provide a competitive quotation and always do our best to try and beat any previous quotation you may have had.
We are based in the Tendring area but cover North Essex and South Suffolk, including Colchester, Manningtree, Harwich, Clacton-on-sea, Ipswich and surrounding areas.
New Build/Extensions
We can provide clear and efficient structural design and drawings for new residential dwellings and extension works. All designs comply with relevant design codes and Building Regulations part A.
Refurbishment Works
Changes to existing buildings quite often require extensive structural alterations. We can provide full design on all building refurbishment including barn conversions.
Structural Surveys
We can provide reports on inspections/assessments to comment on building defects, required repairs or just to give some advice on feasibility of future works.
